Content Solutions Consulting launched in 2013 to provide consulting services to a large medical device company in Irvine, California.

Arwin Valencia, MD Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Valencia is a neonatologist at Memorial Care Saddleback Medical Center in Laguna Hills, California. He currently serves as Pediatric Residency NICU Coordinator, Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California at Irvine School of Medicine. Dr. Valencia has authored more than 40 peer-reviewed scientific articles for medical publications, including the Journal of Pediatric Medicine, and Pediatrics.
Gabe Anderson Chief Operating Officer
Gabe is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He specializes in medical-device marketing, development, product launch strategy, B2B strategy, and international business. Clients include Hospira, GE Healthcare, and Johnson & Johnson.

Outsource Solution
A start-up company received funding to launch a new medical device, which required specific and complex product instructions. The company lacked technical writing, labeling, publishing, and translation management experience. The company outsourced these business needs to Content Solutions Consulting as a vendor.
We exceeded expectations. We devised several versions of the product instructions to meet various requirements by the U.S. and European Union. We created new operating procedures, trained employees, and delivered a translation plan to ensure knowledge transfer.
